As far as
payments go in our office - Dr. Eisen accepts most major insurance companies. When you come into our office, our
insurance specialist will take care of all the work in order
to see the benefits you have, plus we do all the filing for
you - making your experience even more enjoyable.
Out of
Network Benefits
If we are out of your insurance network, we
can still see if you have any benefits from
your insurance company (again, we do all the work for you).
We will always go over all of your insurance information
with you prior to your care. If your insurance has
very little coverage, we will make sure you can still afford
our care, remember we are her to serve you!
No Insurance
- Cash Patients (Paying by Cash/Check/Credit Card)
Lastly, if you do not possess any insurance, you can still
receive care in our office. Many of our patients do
not possess insurance when they walk into our office.
You will see how we make our care affordable for you and
your entire family. We have low fees in order to care
for the entire family and we offer payment financing
deferment without interest via CareCredit. You will see in the office how
you have many different options that fit your budget for the
care you need.
